Lee A. Sloan
Co-Founder
Lee A. Sloan is a United States Marine Corps veteran, entrepreneur, and Co-Founder of Trifecta Healthcare Institute. Throughout his life, Lee has been guided by a simple belief: people are capable of far more than they often realize when they are surrounded by purpose, accountability, and the right support system. His experiences as a Combat Engineer in the Marine Corps, a Master Rank in Martial Arts, former law enforcement officer, and fitness industry executive and entrepreneur have reinforced his belief that growth is rarely found in comfort and that lasting transformation is achieved through discipline, resilience, and meaningful connection.
For more than three decades, Lee has built and led successful organizations in healthcare, fitness, and business. Throughout that journey, he has remained committed to helping individuals discover their potential, overcome adversity, and create meaningful lives rooted in purpose and accountability. The mission of Trifecta Healthcare Institute aligns closely with that lifelong passion. He believes that recovery is not simply about overcoming addiction—it is about restoring purpose, rebuilding confidence, strengthening the body and mind, and creating a future worth fighting for. Through Trifecta's combination of clinical excellence, physical wellness, accountability, life skills, and authentic brotherhood, Lee is committed to helping men discover who they are and who they are capable of becoming.
One of the principles that resonates most deeply with Lee is Trifecta's belief in the power of a "Band of Brothers." Drawing from lessons learned in the Marine Corps, martial arts, athletics, and leadership, he believes that men are at their strongest when they are connected to something greater than themselves. When men challenge one another, support one another, and walk together through adversity, healing becomes possible, growth becomes sustainable, and lives are transformed.
Outside of Trifecta, Lee enjoys horseback riding, spending time on his farm, strength training, exploring the outdoors, and investing in the people and relationships that matter most. He is devoted to his wife, children, family, and faith, which continue to shape both his personal life and leadership philosophy.
Today, Lee serves as President and Co-Founder of Trifecta Healthcare Institute, where he remains committed to helping men discover who they are and who they are capable of becoming. Because recovery is more than sobriety—it's strength, purpose, and brotherhood.
