Meet the Team
At Trifecta Healthcare Institute, our team of dedicated clinicians, mentors, and specialists brings decades of combined experience to men’s recovery. United by integrity and purpose, we blend science, movement, and brotherhood to guide every man toward strength, clarity, and lasting change.

Shawn B. Whitt
Shawn Whitt is a United States Marine Corps veteran who deployed throughout Asia and earned a place on the Marine Corps Boxing Team. His military service instilled discipline, resilience, and a servant-leadership philosophy that continues to guide his life and career. A passionate supporter of hand-to-hand combat sports and University of Tennessee athletics, Shawn brings the same competitive spirit to both his professional and personal life. Above all, he is a devoted father to two sons and a daughter—his greatest source of pride and motivation.
For more than a decade, Shawn has built and led treatment centers in Southern California and Tennessee, including serving as CEO of Milestone Addiction Centers. He is dedicated to creating healthy, empowering organizational cultures and believes great companies are built through servant leadership and purpose-driven values. His philosophy, “movement is medicine,” reflects both his Marine Corps roots and his belief in science-backed recovery approaches.
Shawn holds a degree in Business Administration from Vanguard University of Southern California and completed Certified Financial Planning coursework at Pepperdine University. Today, as CEO of Trifecta Healthcare Institute, he leads a program designed exclusively for men—built for men, backed by science, and driven by recovery.

Lee A. Sloan
Lee Sloan is a United States Marine Corps Staff Sergeant (Veteran) whose service instilled the discipline, resilience, and servant-leadership mindset that define his life and work. Following his time in the Marines, Lee served as an Oak Ridge Police Officer, receiving advanced SWAT and FBI hostage-negotiation training. These experiences shaped his belief that every man deserves a second chance and the strength of a supportive team.
With more than two decades of leadership in health and personal transformation, Lee has inspired thousands—first as President of National Fitness Center, then in the behavioral-health field as co-founder of Trifecta Healthcare Institute. At Trifecta, he helps men find hope, structure, and lasting change through programs that combine evidence-based therapies, physical fitness, outdoor activities, and true brotherhood.
A martial arts Master Rank holder, Lee lives the philosophy that movement is medicine and that healing begins with purpose, discipline, and community. He also serves on the Tennessee State Workforce Development Board, advancing initiatives that strengthen families, expand career opportunities, and empower communities. Above all, he values his role as a father, finding joy and motivation in time spent with his children.
